Europass came into being as a new way of helping people to as a dynamic and interactive tool, so as to allow European citizens to make their skills and qualifications clearly and easily understood in Europe (European Union, EFTA/EEA and candidate countries) and as a result, to be able to move freely anywhere in Europe.
