AQUALABS
AquaTT organised an AQUALAB student/early-stage researcher workshop for 60 participants, in Ireland, 2-4th November 2006. This was an exciting event and an opportunity for students from different institutes and companies across Europe to meet, exchange experiences and learn new skills. The target audience were “Early-stage researchers”, defined as researchers in the first 4 years (fulltime equivalent) of their research activity, including the period of research training. The AQUALAB student conference was held at the new Marine Institute headquarters, County Galway, Ireland. The event is funded by the European Union Marie Curie program.
