AQUA-TNET NEWSLETTERNovember 2009

1. Call for papers for publication in Aquaculture International
EAS are still very interested to hear from you with regard to their planned new section in the journal, called “Perspectives”. They are looking for papers that shortly describe in which direction a particular area of research is likely to develop. Papers under “perspectives” would be available free of charge on the website of the journal “Aquaculture International” and would also be advertised in Aquaculture Europe. EAS hope to be able to attract a lot of attention to such articles in this way (to the benefit of the authors and the journal). Knowing that writing articles is time consuming they are encouraging EAS members to send available text that would be more or less ready for publishing. “The state of the art and progress beyond” as required by FP7 or other project proposals could be ideal for that. Please send material to Gavin Burnell at g.burnell@ucc.ieFor EAS members that presented a paper during the AE2009 conference in Trondheim this summer, please also consider its publication in AQUI. Information for authors and submission is available here.
